PKR99 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Policy

Welcome to PKR99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and PKR99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all activities carried out through the PKR99 website and mobile application, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonuses and withdrawals. PKR99 operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform offering Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Games and related services to players in Pakistan. All transactions on PKR99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using supported local payment channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer.

1. Eligibility & Account Rules

To register and use PKR99, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR99 does not permit access to any person under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing PKR99 from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your individual use.
• You must not already hold an active PKR99 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension.

• You must not have previously been excluded, suspended or banned from PKR99 or related platforms.

PKR99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by PKR99 may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2. Account Registration

When creating a PKR99 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact details and a payment method in your own name. Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

• Each player is permitted one active account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.
• Your account login credentials — username and password — are strictly personal. You must not share them with anyone else.
• PKR99 will never ask for your password via support channels. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your PKR99 account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have previously notified PKR99 of a security breach.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, contact PKR99 support immediately. Prompt notification allows the platform to take protective action on your behalf.

3. Deposits & Payments

PKR99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. All supported deposit channels are local and include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer and Bank Transfer. The platform does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges that are outside PKR99's control.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible or held pending investigation.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed during the deposit process in your PKR99 account dashboard. These minimums may be adjusted periodically.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your PKR99 balance within seconds. Raast transfers are also near-instant. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• PKR99 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits, international wire transfers or any deposit method not listed in the platform's official payment section.
• Deposits made in error — wrong account, incorrect amount or technical failure — should be reported to PKR99 support immediately. The platform will investigate and resolve such cases as quickly as possible.

4. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their PKR balance at any time subject to the conditions outlined below. PKR99 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 45 minutes of the request being submitted. Raast transfers settle in real time once the platform's approval step is complete. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take several hours depending on your bank.
• Withdrawals are processed around the clock including weekends and public holidays.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request submitted before wagering requirements are met will either be declined or result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance, depending on the specific bonus terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

PKR99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements and validity periods that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General conditions that apply to all PKR99 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to your PKR99 bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements are completed.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player per household per device per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal can be made. The exact multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer.

7. Responsible Gaming

PKR99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Online gaming should always be approached as a form of entertainment, not as an income source or a method to recover losses. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits and to play within their means.

• Players are encouraged to set a session budget in PKR before they begin playing and to stick to it regardless of outcomes.
• If you feel that your gaming is becoming difficult to control, use the self-exclusion tools available in your PKR99 account settings. Self-exclusion can be set for defined periods or indefinitely.
• PKR99 enforces a strict 18+ age policy. Underage access is prohibited and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR99. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or registering with false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the PKR99 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit are not payable.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through PKR99 accounts or transactions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly at Live Casino tables.

• Threatening, harassing or abusing PKR99 staff or other players through any channel.

9. Privacy & Data

• Personal data is used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention and platform improvement. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Players have the right to request a copy of the personal data PKR99 holds about them. Such requests can be made through the support channel.

10. Account Termination

Either you or PKR99 may close your account at any time. The conditions governing termination are as follows:

• If you wish to close your PKR99 account, contact support through the available channel. Any real money balance remaining after all applicable wagering requirements are cleared will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
• PKR99 may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
• In the event of account termination by PKR99 due to a Terms violation, any balance in your account — including deposits, pending winnings and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
• PKR99 may also close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Notice will be provided before any inactive account closure takes effect.

11. Limitation of Liability

PKR99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime, security and game integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. To the maximum extent permitted:

• PKR99 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• PKR99 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension due to prohibited conduct.
• The platform does not guarantee specific game outcomes or returns. All games carry inherent risk and past performance is not indicative of future results.
• PKR99's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of platform use is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

PKR99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PKR99 will notify registered players via the email address on their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of PKR99 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
